How does the price grow?
Standard starts at €29.95 for 25 students. Above 25 you pay €4.50 per 5 extra — up to the point where Pro is cheaper, then we move you automatically. Your 2nd teacher also takes you to Pro (€49.95), with 75 students included. And with enough students, or from your 4th teacher, you automatically move to Compleet (€89.95): everything unlimited, flat rate. You are always on the cheapest tier — never calculate again.
Add-on
Manager: €19.95 a month extra
For schools that also want to run the admin around their students in Musicdott: enquiries and a waiting list, online trial-lesson booking on your own website, automatic follow-ups, make-up lessons, teacher hours with month closing and lesson-fee tracking. Available on top of any plan, €19.95 a month excl. VAT.
You switch Manager on or off yourself on the billing page once your subscription is active, so after the free first month. You can switch it off at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

How the price works in practice
A private teacher with 35 students on Standard pays €29.95 for the first 25 students plus two blocks of 5 at €4.50, so €38.95 a month excl. VAT. Add a second teacher and you move to Pro at €49.95, which includes up to 75 students. From your fourth teacher, or as soon as it is cheaper for your student numbers, you move to Compleet at a flat €89.95.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the three plans?+
Standard (€29.95) is for one teacher with 25 students included. Pro (€49.95) covers up to 3 teachers with 75 students included. Compleet (€89.95) has unlimited teachers and students at a flat rate. All three include the full Lesson Platform. Musicdott automatically puts you on the cheapest plan for your number of teachers and students, so you never pay more than you need to.
Which currency are the prices in, and is VAT included?+
All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT. VAT is added to your invoice where it applies; in the Netherlands, where Musicdott is based, the rate is 21%.
What happens if I go over my included students?+
On Standard you pay €4.50 for every block of 5 students above 25, added automatically. On Pro the same applies above 75. As soon as the next plan works out cheaper, you move up automatically. Prefer a fixed price? Compleet is €89.95 with no overage.
How do I pay for my subscription?+
Payments run through Mollie. You set up a mandate once with iDEAL, Bancontact or a card, after which the monthly amount is charged automatically. You receive an invoice for every payment, which you can also find on the billing page in the app.
Is there a free trial, and can I cancel?+
Your first month is free. After that you pay monthly and can cancel any month. There are no setup fees.
What does the Manager add-on cost?+
Manager costs €19.95 a month excluding VAT, on top of any plan. You switch it on yourself on the billing page once your subscription is active, so after the free first month. If you switch it off, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who owns the data?+
You do. Musicdott only processes your data on behalf of your school, as set out in our data processing agreement. When the agreement ends, the data is returned or deleted, and every user can export their own data.
